whipping the little noses .
Freshman year we had a project that we had to do called the giving project. This project was a community service project. We had to read to little kid's and teach them a lesson based on the book that we was reading. As if we were the teacher's for the day. This helped me learn what teacher's had to go to get there agenda's ready for the class assignment that was being taught that day. I was able to connect with the kid's at a very mature level.

i remeber when we had to the giving project my group read There's a Dolphin in the Grand Canal by John Bemelmans Marciano it was really fun. We actually had the chance to experience what its like to be a teacher , at first i didnt want to the project because it was very stressful trying to get a lesson plan to do with the children but in the end it turned out to be a really great learning experience not only for me but for the 1st and 2nd graders
ReplyDeleteI loved the giving project. It was one of the best learning and academic experinces . It really gave me the chance to connect with others. It taught me to learn about others and how they learn and how they feel.
