50 years from now, is the new future?

You ever think what is going to happen in the future? If cars will fly or if we can clone each other? Believe it or not the future (in 50 years) may not be that different. Perhaps maybe the internet will get a little bit more complicated. The phones might be upgraded to be a little bit more faster. Maybe have a little more technology that you can put in the palm of your hand. They came out with iPods that can record video's. They have sidekicks now that they can go on the computer and go on aim. They couldn't do that back then. On the other hand they did have phones that were in cars. Even though they had that they upgraded it as well and they are now called cellphones. Those on the other hand are not attached to the car. They came out with gameboys and it only came out in black and white. Now they have it in color. Others have camera's on it. Even though it sound's like a huge change it really is not. 50 years from now we will not be like the Jetson's from that back in the day show. We will however just be more improved. Technology will just be more advanced. I doubt that there will be a huge change in that little bit of time.

Mi Familia

A typical family vacation to the grandparent's house. Every year we go to florida and do a whole bunch of crazy things that have to do with family activies. My story shows what I as a teenager have to go through every year with my family and the different things that we do to keep ourselves involved. With my family always throwing around the camera and passing it to each other as if it is a football, we always seem to catch the crazy family moment's that happen in our lives.

This was a very interesting project. I never used iMovie before so at first I was a little bit lost. I had a lot of fun with this assignment. Even though I was not able 2 finish the whole thing and put the little details that I wanted to I am sure that I am not going to fail this assignment but I also know that I did not get the grade that I wanted.

Brotherly Love? I Think NOT. (family story)

It would be boring to start off this blog with "Today what happened with my family is . . ." so im going to spare you the details and get to the point. I have a 6 year old little brother (that my parent's find funny, but I don't). I on the other hand am about to be 16. You would think that I would be more mature when I am around him, as all teenagers should be. Well the truth is that we are NOT, we too have our immature moment's.
Oh and by the way you would usually call me Amber but after today my new name is "Nothing" aka "Ing". Let me explain . . .
We have a lovely . . . scratch that, we TRY to have a lovely family dinner but me and my brother (by the way his name is Matthew) seem to always start with each other. So this lovely family dinner he decides to nickname me"NOTHING" and for short call me "Ing". Now right away as always I have nothing to say, my mind always turns blank (it tends to get like that when you have a mother and father laughing in your ear). So after I call him "UGLY" the first thing that pop's up in my head is to nickname him "Ly". So now my name is no longer Amber but "Nothing" aka "Ing". Now we're both "Ing" and "Ly" (pronounced "lee"). I could have just shut my mouth and walked away but what good would that be? If I did that then we wouldnt have this story. Sisterly love? I think NOT.

Freshman year we had a project that we had to do called the giving project. This project was a community service project. We had to read to little kid's and teach them a lesson based on the book that we was reading. As if we were the teacher's for the day. This helped me learn what teacher's had to go to get there agenda's ready for the class assignment that was being taught that day. I was able to connect with the kid's at a very mature level.

The Crazy Thing's That Happen In This World.

I was talking to my step father today, he tel's the craziest stories. Well, in this story he was talking about how the cop's were on the high way checking for bomb's. They found a man in a truck with some stuff. Can you believe that? The people in this world is crazy and out of there mind's. We need to make peace.

Checking It Out

So I just finish looking up some 5th grade work. Now you may think why are 5th grader's blogging for there so young? That's excatly what I thought. I was wrong though. I can tell by the way that they post and the way the blogg to there teacher's and friend's that they are way developed with the technology that we have today. While I was looking though the blog site's I noticed that not all blog's have to do with writing a paragraph or writing a comment. I saw a lot of blog's that had picture's and slide show's.

 It benefits education by helping student's develop ideas and motivate them. It is helpful to schools because blogging enhances literacy skills, it helps support learning in many areas. Using blogging in schools can help teachers and students as well. Blogging in schools helps them by letting the student's have a voice in the school. Also allowing them to have time for reflection's.
